Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid AIFolio subscriptions. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy in accordance with this policy and their refund and chargeback guidance.

Paid upgrades are not currently available during the public free beta. No payment is collected and no refund obligation begins unless you complete a real Lemon Squeezy checkout after upgrades open.

1. Subscriptions & renewals

Subscriptions are billed in advance each period and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals, and your paid features remain active until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period unless required by law or stated below.

2. EU/UK consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. By starting to use a paid feature within this period, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately and that your right of withdrawal may end once the service has been fully performed. Where the withdrawal right applies, we will refund you for the unused portion as required by law.

3. Discretionary refunds

Outside the statutory cases above, refunds are provided at our discretion — for example, for a duplicate charge, a technical fault that prevented you from using a paid feature, or an accidental renewal reported promptly. We generally do not refund for periods already used.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, including your order or receipt ID from Lemon Squeezy and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy; processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
